this would have been hilarious if the snake killed the guy while he was trying to decapitate it.

how can you fail to cause extensive damage when you set a house on fire with gasoline. wow this guy really sucks at life.

and how do you develop that much animosity toward your landlord in just... 2 months

I've heard of people using post office employees, food delivery workers, cable guys, plumbers, etc to get leads on houses that might be workable deals

you have a chance to pick up a chunk of that 300,000 in equity so I'd tend to say yes, but commercial properties are certainly more involved than residential so you will have to jump through more hoops to get to closing.

Most importantly, do you have a buyer's list? Have any of your buyers expressed interest in commercial properties?

900k is a whole lot of cash so you would need the right investor.

so you should get the contract printed on ncr forms, and then sign it and give the seller the back copy?

the wholesaler should keep the original, right?

I have 5k in cash that I am willing to invest with for now. But I am in NY so 500-1000 dollars is really not going to earnestly buy me anything, except maybe being laughed at by a banker

5000 could maybe be a consideration on a low to mid property but I don't want to gamble that my first deal will be perfect... I'd rather wait and see if I can wholesale a few and get my investment funds up a bit. If I was closer to 20k I could throw my weight around a bit more (and once I get a bit of experience, I'll be more inclined to.)

yeah well I would just pay the taxes bc I am assuming that my tax rate now is less than what it will be if I get rich. If I'm not bringing in 6-7 figures by the time I'm old enough to withdraw from my 401k, I'm reaching for the trusty old revolver

oh man my mistake since you put a capital "i" i thought you said "L power" hahaha.

from looking it over odds are that no, they want to charge you for the customization bc that is where the real money in web hosting is. the monthly hosting fees are nothing. there are a ton of website providers out there that do this.

sorry to disappoint...

Maybe I am missing something. Once you transfer your domain to them, can you use their tools? Uh, why not? Aren't you essentially paying them for those tools? They're not a domain registrar they're a host, right?

I can't even find their website by googling lpower which is kind of scary. That really says something, that a company offering web services can't even optimize their own site for search engines?

Can you explain exactly what you are trying to do? I can probably tell you whether they are going to do it, if you can describe in better detail what you are trying to do.
