Hi Guys!

I am just starting to get into real estate! I will borrowing private money to flip houses. I want to register my business (in NJ) but I am confused which entity I should register under, LLC or S-Corp or any others? Also is there anything else I need to get done such as insurance etc when starting?

Thanks for your help and guidance!

Hi Everyone!

I went to the Success Path intro event and I am thinking about going to the 3-Day workshop for $1,997. They were saying in the event that they can give funding to people who join the 3-Day event, is this true? Or just a sales pitch?

I am looking for funding but have had no luck so far, so I am thinking that I should attend this so I could get funding out of it.. Good or bad idea?

All your comments are appreciated!

Thanks Guys!

Hi everyone!

I am new to the real estate flipping business. I have come across PropertyRadar but this is only for some states. I am looking for a very similar "software" to use in NJ. Does anyone know of any?

Thanks!
