Looking for a potential investor to co-own 2 cabins on 1 lot in the village of Lake George. It has a license for short term rentals which is very rare in the area. These licenses can only be obtained by being grandfathered in. The cabins are in a prime location within walking distance from the downtown and the lake. As the current owners we would maintain be responsible for one cabin. Any potential investors would be responsible for the cabin which is newly renovated. The cabin was gutted down to the studs and was updated with a modern look. Please reach out with any inquiries regarding pricing and further details.

@Josh Ruelas I have not acquired the property yet. I was considering charging $800-1000 per unit per month.

@John Underwood

What I am seeking is someone who wants and Airbnb business but doesn’t want to own the property. Essentially, I want a business to business tenant who does a long term lease with me and rents out the rooms on a short term basis. I would be handling all maintenance on the property. They would need to handle everything that comes with their business. For example: cleaning fees, booking, etc.

Hi, I am potentially buying a property that has a single family house with a cottage and a 10 unit motel. I’m not looking to run the motel but will consider it. I have been hearing about Airbnb arbitrage and trying to connect with people who know and want to do business with this strategy.

I am in the process of purchasing a promissory note with a value of 80k for 60k. This note is attached to a 6 unit rental property. The person who owes the 80k has not paid the loan in 2 years. Can I foreclose on the person and attain the 6 unit rental in return? Any advice would be appreciated.

@Jon Schoeller Thanks. The whole project took about 8 months.
