Property was built in 1976 and addition in 1987 and sits on 0.4 acres. Four bedroom two full bath.

Single-Family. Full renovation. I’m brand new at this I imagine deferred maintenance would mean property management company? I would handle maintenance at first. Long-term investments. And if all goes good or it feels like it’s worth it. We have the credit and money to acquire more property.

Best way to invest $100,000 into an investment property that has no mortgage. The property was inherited.

Inherited my fathers property which is a four bedroom two full bath 1400 square-foot home 900 feet is a slab and the other 500 ft.² is a split level with basement on bottom and two bedroom one full bath up top. Comps in area= 150,000-180,000$. And the school district is 8/10. And property sits within 1/8 mile of schools. Not subdivision home on quiet road. Not a lot of noise.
