@Remington Lyman I love to hear this! I am new to Cbus (a year is all) so I am still getting a feel for the market.

@Robert Ellis thanks for the reply, Robert! The stage I am at now is deal analyzing (though I won’t be buying in the very near time) to start to build that muscle. As I am looking at these deals what price range would you say is the entry point for a single family investment property?

Really what I am trying to get to is as I look at my cash on hand and at potential deals where is a reasonable starting point for an entry level property and do I have enough to make a move.

I have spent the last few months lurking and reading books on real estate investment (specifically rental properties) and I wanted to introduce myself.

I am truly new to real estate and am eager to learn! I have a background in small business consulting, starting companies and running them into the ground, brand management, and new product development (which is what I currently do).

If you have any advice or to-dos and not-to-dos I would love to hear it.
