@Jeremiah Mon. I have not used synidcation yet but it's the way I will continue to expand my portfolio and I will probably syndicate the homes for the 6 acre project. 

My homes range from 10-16 residents per home. Our residents much prefer homes like this compared to large facilities. 

Your question is really broad.  Can you give more details?  What type of real estate?  What type of senior living community?  Independent living?  Assisted living?  Memory Care?  With more details perhaps you can get the feedback you're looking for.

@Maninder Sanghera  I own and operate 5 assisted living homes and 2 memory care homes.  I'm currently working with a local municipality to build multiple care homes on a six acre plot of land.  I'm considering a syndication to continue to expand.

@Halle Hughes  I own and operate five assisted living and two memory care homes in the Denver area.  Our homes each house 10-16 residents.  If you are looking at separate units for each resident, you are probably referring to independent living.  Assisted living and memory care have 24-hour staff on duty helping with meals and activities.  We have no nurses on staff.  I'm currently working with a local municipality to build independent, assisted, and memory care homes on a six acre plot of land.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about my homes.
