Hello all, my name is Brandon Mitchell and I currently reside in Warner Robins, GA. I'm Looking to start small with my first property, I have a few that I'm looking at in the $9000 range, yes $9000...I'm new to the area and felt like this is the place to start. I'm open to any info any of you pro's out there think I should know. Has anyone bout a property at this price? Did you finance? If so, what steps did you take.
