Hi my name is Angela Cooney. I’ve been listening to biggerpockets podcast and going to real estate meet ups for the past month. I am interested in small multi family units and lease options for single family homes. I am currently talking to lenders for my first property that I want to house hack and live in myself and fix up until until I find and am able to finance a new one. If you know of any good lenders in the Phoenix area, I am looking for them. My future real estate goals are to own mobile home complexes and to build a team in the Phoenix area to help run my business because I want to move to Northern California.
