I have a sfh rental in Maple Heights Ohio. 4bdr 1 bath. I would like to rent for section 8 tenant . 

it was posted on Zillow for few weeks now.  house in decent condition . no application / no interest so far.is that make sense?

I thought there is big demand . I know its winter but still.. Any idea why?? are there any other platforms for such listing?

Anyone has a recommendation for affordable yet experience designer to help with few hours of consulting to upgrade the look of   new airbnb?

May I ask what is your experience with furnished finder screening process?Any other checks is recommended on top of what they do?

Fantastic. Are those companies focusing on certain states or working across the US?

I agree .I  would love to know if someone has experience working with  insurance company  that are looking for a placement. Are there any  other effective  platform to list  the house for that purpose ?

Some people in your situation do decide to rent by the room but it is location based.  You will get people willing to share in high demand areas and you will see this in high rent areas but you are keeping up the common areas and it is a bit harder.

I got my first mid term rental in south Euclid about 2 weeks ago and list it on furnished finder.

4 bedrooms 2 bath. So far I got only individuals with a rent limit of 1200-1600

is it  common to let  2 - 3 individuals who don't know each other rent the house?

if so do you just connect them and see if they ok to rent it and share the common spaces?
