I'm looking for a good handyman to help fix a few rental properties in the St Louis area.  I'd appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks!

Hi Cody,

I'm one of your neighbors in St Peters. I wish I had known about house hacking before I purchased my first home. It sounds like you have a pretty good plan to meet your goals. Good luck!

Thank you @Chris Monroe and @Dmitriy Fomichenko and @Brandon L. for welcoming me. My homework for today is to look at all of the links you provided and digest the information.

Hello Everyone! My name is Misha Reed. I'm a real estate investor from St Louis, MO where I currently own 3 SFHs. However, I'm currently researching multifamily properties for my next investment.

I've been on the BP website for a bit over a month, but have mainly been lurking on the forums, attending webinars and listening to podcasts from the archives. I really wish I had found this site years ago; I've learned so much in the past month just by lurking and can't imagine how much I'll learn being an active participant.

Looking forward to getting to know other investors!

Misha
