 You r most certainly right, since he kicked the.previous owners out after 5-6 months. They had had some bad luck theirselves n the man lost his job. Unable to pay with a new child, they told him that they had to move back down new martinsville wv with family. They asked him to plz take payments n he refused. They probably was lucky somehow to actually own a home themselves also. So that is y they tore it up so bad, so he wouldnt make any rent off of their misfourune, they didnt have.much and wad genuinely tryin to do their child right as well. N ty for being honest. I did look into piblic housing n was told I wasnt eligible to get in. I did try other resources bc my pap is so scared were gonna loose everything n b put on the street. But my pap is the only reason that we r still here, ill bet on rhat.as well. He knew if I looked into exaxtly what them ppl was gonna say..to sue the person that took the money bc if it's not in his name  on it then it was totally illegal. He cant afford that, n I told him that I lived it out here an my close neighbors. We r not close to call n borrow bread but we respect.each other enough not to bother anyones privacy. N uf u asked bith of my neighbors they would tell u that we got along n wr were good people. He couldnt throw rhem out for sayin we was good neighbors. But ty to everyone who has takin even a minute of their time to look a lil bit deaper than what it looks like at first glance. If I didnt have a child I would just let him have it n nit have.to.go threw the embarrassment that we r gonna b said of doing or comminting. Perfect example the rent. We knew he could throw us out at any moment for not payin monthly rent and being late all the time. The agreement actually says rent is not due till the 7th of every month. My pap and I both get paid on the first, n we dont have much playing money once all bills r paid. Rent has always been on time n mostly early!!

 Ok sir thats great atleast someone looked at all the details n plz tell me ur findings n b honest as u.can PLEASE...bc I need it to b looked at, added up n someone to believe me. It dont make a lick of sence but its very far fetched story n I think he also knew that as well. N when I asked him if there was another trailor here he made sure to c what I had first, n realized...heres the suckers ive been needing so I dont loose a single penny..but there was another trailor on the other side, it was newer looked better n they wanted around 11 I almost had that, im willing to put a huge bet that the owners woulda took what I had. N I would of been able to move in imeadiately with no WORK at all involved? He told me that there wasnt any here n I could put my 3grand down n fix it up how ever I wanted. Still not fully understanding of what was inside this mobil dwelling!

 Im getting that n thats what ive been told since the time we realized there wasnt any title. N he himself told me to look into it, n ive said I dont want to have.to fo that route n if him n us could figure out some way od getting the title. It was my lifetime opportunity to b able to provide my child a home that I paid for n didnt have to pay monrhly rent. N thats another aspec of it, if we did agree to rent this home, y would the rent only b 85 dollars a month...when he was able to charge at the least 350-400 a month?

I have the agreement in my hand right now n it is an an agreement fot the premises not dwellin. If the trailor were his its stated that tenent shall not make any altercations at all without written consent. So where was hus.consent for us to remodel. If if it qas like that wouldnt he b responsible for all the expenses made to make it liveable. He can't show any n I dont have receipts but I do kno I used my debit card for alot of the things NEEDED. So there is some kinda proof n all the bank records of the money we had n how it dwindled really fast after the purchase. All these tenents knew what it looked like. N y couldnt he put more specific info like title no or serial number on the rental agreement bc it shouldve been stated what the whole value was when paid n the whole value after we supposedly rented the trailor. Bc he does talk about some kind of land insurance but y would I even look into insuring when it wouldve all went to him? Really think!! N the ppl that worked on it, hows he gonna say he paid for it when he dont even kno them. But them ppl will testify that we paid them n they were sometimes with us on purchasing re needed materials? Y would we pay for a rental when we would get absolutely nothing for our money. If that kind of money wad spent would a single person pay to remodle a rental instead of just buyin one that was able to b moved into immediately? Y would anyone waste money that they've never had bfor? Im so upset. Tell me would any of u put over 7 grand in remodeling a rental that they couldnt keep AND pay 3 more grand for someone elses back rent AND have to pay rent that next month? My one neighbor was hopin that all of the ppl here wasnt moving in. I payed extra ppl to help me hurry up n get it to a descent enough to move in. It dont make sence now does it. I had over ten grand n just decided to help this man out n put all of it to remodel his supposedly owned mobil home. I may have.trusted him when we shouldnt have but we r not that ingorant n stupid!! I woulda just simply bought another home n moved in but agian I wanted to help this man out n pay the ppl to even help.!! He did it very well n like I said I wouldnt have paid that kinda money for the abandonment fee when u couldnt even live in it. Y would I lie about evey detail that can b verified by other tenents n the ppl that worked knowin I was not credible enough

 I dont kno how u got that info but wevw kept every money order reciept bc of the situation. We didnt want him to b able to say this...we have proof n always on time. We thot about this bc we knew what was up, honestly do u think we wouldnt pay this man every month without document proof? After what we knew about him n how he did us. He is always lookin for a reason to boot us, look at what hell gain n would nevwr ever get caught up in it. Plz tell me how u got that info bc I really hope u didnt personally ask these ppl bc itll prove that im lookin into it n there gonna look a hundred times harder for a reason.

there was only me n my pap that it was said to. He had a friend there hanging out at his body shop. That is where we signed the only paper I got n the only paper I have today. N that is the rental agreement form where he wrote we had paid 3grand back pay. The bottom of the paper is where it says we r in the agreement that rent is dur on the first of every month n ours started the next month. Im pretty sure we got it in june n had to start payin the monthly rent on july 1st that same yr. I cant remember if it was 2010 or 2011. Ive got the only form of documentation put up bc my pap didnt want to push rhe the issue. The landlord put a scare in him by saying that if I sued him id have to pay his attorney fees n will get 30 days to vacate the premises. N he said better safe then sorry. N ive mentioned numerous things to him as in whos payin the taxes n how I could get insurance n a cpl other things. He told me as long as I payed my rent on time, dont cause any problems n keep my area cleaned there wouldnt b any worries bc I could still live here. Theres alot of unfairness, certain ppl have to obey all the rules n others don. For instance when we moved here we had two neighbors that had atvs n were riding them when they came to c rhe the place. So I thit we were allowed things like that. So me n pap got justice a little go cart each. That way we could have lil races. My son was 3 or 4 n im overly protective of him. Hes my only one n cant have no more. So I for sure wasnt gonna tear up the property. But he seen us riding it one day n said u cant have them, he said he didnt have the property insured. So I asked if I could insure the go carts n sign a waiver infront of a notary that I would pay for any property damage n would not hold him liable for any kind of accidents that happened. It was still no. The swimmin pool was very ignorant as well. If ur the only person allowed a swimmin pool that the kids could play in, it should have to allow all the kids, ud think. He did allow me to put up a way.smaller one that wasnt allowed to touch my knees. My son couldnt actually.swim in it so it ended up being a waist of money. Theres numerous other things as well. But the ppl of the trailor court automatically assumed we bought it it bc u have to own ur home here. The number one rule..no renting. They informed me first that he isnt allowed by law to do what he didnt n also said I was able to sue him. I didnt want to then nor do I now. But he put a scare in my pap n was pretty much tellin us that id owe him alot of money n would b outta my placr anyways. He had to kno what them people was gonna tell me. That id have to sue, so he had to scare us. Im believing that he knew exactly what was goin down. He had the knowledge compared to two no body citizens, get what im saying. He seen a once in a lifetime, probably, to loose out a tiny bit of money from previous owners but would totally make more than a 1000 percent profit. He knew how much I was workin with bc I really didnt want a place that I.couldnt even look at bfor buying. He needed me to fix it up bc I wouldnt b able to.move it n it would end up being his. He pretty much let me pay to fix his property n get all my money. He was good n very believable. N when I told him what all the places that mattered was sayin to sue I told him nicely that I didnt want to do that. I love it here. I just want my title. N he blew up on me faster than a fly on chit which gave him a reason to not like me. Hes threatined me several times over the stupidest things. I couldnt even take up for my child when that grown 40yr old man hit my child. My mother had to say.something to him n of course made it seem like my son did it on purpose so his actions was justifiable. From then on my.son wasnt allowed down there. I kno he didnt do it on purpose he actually looked up to this guy, he was the cool one that was allowed a side by side, a pool n have bon fires as well. He absolutely loves bon fires. But this man n I were actually related n was pretty close at one time. So I wasnt allowed around there or swim at all. I didnt care bc it was such a childish reason for the lil disagreement we had. But started sayin rumors to all the neighbors n told my son that his mommy, me , wasnt allowed ti take a bath in his pool. Again I didnt care but thot of it as really ignorant to say that to my child. So that y I thot I was allowed a pool as well but I didnt pick n choose the kids that was allowed or not. All the kids was welcome with open arms. He got mad bc the one girl he he said he had the pool for was comin up p here to swim with all the kids. She was the only one allowed to swim n was made to swim by herself. So I do believe that he was a big reason for me to b NOT allowed to have one deep enough for the kids to actually b able to swim in. She was his cover for y he had it. When it was a nudey session after his bar party. A ploy for his choice of women. N this was ok bc he invited the neighborly men. N everyone else didnt matter bc they knew him n rhe landlord were tight. It wouldnt do any good to say anything n if we had the cops out here for any reason was terms for being made to move. I still like it here but that big yard does nothing much. One more thing..my son love the big tonka trucks u could push n did have a good but they were outside toys so they was in the yard but that was the.most. our yard was always maintained n kept up. We didnt think some outdoor toys woild ever b a problem. I was told that its not to look like a junk yard. I told him nicely that they were outside toys n  n covered in mud. He said there too many of em get rid of them. Ive always.talked to him with the utmost respect mire like a butt kissing manor bc he didnt want.me there. Actually none of us here bc they.got dibbs on whos gettin what. We have.been told this from other ppl here that thinks a very wrong deed has been done to us to loose our place, we r good ppl. But they keep on the landlords good side so they dont have to move. They have their favorite tenents that can do whatever they want but most us us git nit picked on. And I kno that these ppl wouldnt want to willingly help in a court room. I would have to subpoena on how we remodled this whole entire place, they witnessed it. They didnt understand y we paid 3grand for it in the comdition it was  and put all that exta into it bc I had enough to get a desent mobil home without having to remodle anything. Trailors r not normally that.much. another reason I put all that I could in it tryin to make it special for us. But I pretty much kno that if something or anything would happen to my pap, ill b evicted for something. I never did anything good enough to where when the landlord would come to miw the field, he always stopped n said something that was done right, up to par or just not allowed. N all these ppl that I love living around kno it as well n thats y I would never ask any of them to help me with anything, like letters or anything with their name on it bc theyll b made to leave as well. I kno for a fact that quite a few would write anonymous letters if needed. I dont want anyone to loose their home or even feel threatened by it, like we r. Ill probly never have another opportunity to b able to own another home for me n my.child. I only want to able to kno that I have a secure home that if I could take with me somewhere if I had to leave this premises.
