For strong cash flow and long-term rentals, I would recommend Cleveland. I do have clients buy in those area, generally anywhere from 8-12% COC return. Let me know how can I help!

North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds. I personally have success in doing flips with my partner here in Ohio.

I recommend using a property manager since you are investing out of state (OOS). I can send you a list of contacts in Ohio to help you build your team, property manager. Let me know how I can help!

Hey Nikash, I invest locally in Columbus Ohio. Columbus has experienced so much growth for the past few years, partly due to the influx of tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google building warehouses and data centers in the area, which has contributed to an increase in property prices and more people moving into the city for job opportunities. Let me know how I can help!

Hey Winston, I recommend starting with a turnkey cash flow rental. It’s the simplest way to get a feel of what it is like to be a landlord without going through the hassle of managing rehab projects. I started purchasing a small multifamily in Columbus, Ohio 2 years ago. The cost of entry is low while the cash flow is high. Columbus is the only Ohio market that has seen rapid growth in jobs and population. Let me know how I can help you.

Hey Donnie, I would recommend you to look into the Ohio market. Columbus has been booming lately, thanks to big tech companies like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up shop here. This has led to a rise in property prices and an influx of people seeking job opportunities in the city. I also have investments in Cleveland and Dayton. Please let me know if there is any way I can be of assistance. Let me know how can I help
