Hey BiggerPockets, 

I'm James. I currently reside in Minneapolis and work as an analyst for an insurance brokerage firm. 

My goals are 1) learn as much about real estate investment vehicles as I can while offering any knowledge I have 2) purchase a cash flowing quadplex/fourplex that gets very close to the rules outlined by BiggerPockets (rent 2% of purchase price; 50% rule) 3) eventually, I'd like to own several investment properties 

I am currently looking for investor friendly real estate brokers in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Know anyone good?
