I'm relatively new to the investing game in the US market, and I am interested in exploring the possibility of investing in the Atlanta Beltline area. I have a couple of questions please;

1) What would I need to look out for (any surprises)?

2) Is it a good long term prospect buying there?

3) Is there a particular spot to focus on?

4) Is it a generally a high demand rental area?
