Hi my tenant currently has $500K coverage on "personal liability" but only $5k medical coverage. Do you think the medical coverage is enough in case the dog bites someone? 

Hi everyone, just wondering what your experiences are on receiving 1099k form from using a property management software to receive online rent payment. I am thinking to switch to online rent collection from receiving checks in the mail, but worried that receiving 1099k will increase the complexity during tax filing time. Any insight would be really helpful. Thanks so much!

Do you know how I should attach a statement to treat all my rental properties as one (for the 750 hour rule)? I plan to efile, but don't know how to attach a statement when filing electronically. Thanks so much!
