Mojo is amazing! The Redx Dialer is also good. I highly recommend Redx over Landvoice for data.

@Morris Lucas In a price range that low your going to be looking at homes in C/D areas that can rent in the $400-$700 range. Many of these homes could be section 8.

I am a realtor here in Charlotte. Looks like you live in Huntersville as do I. I think you plan to buy a duplex and live in one side is a great plan. It is difficult to find a duplex in a desirable area at a low price.
