@Bill Brandt thank you. That is what I was thinking.. should we plumb it for a stove or skip altogether?

We have a piece of commercial property that we are in the process of remodeling and we will be leasing it out once we’re done with the remodel. We are going back and forth about supplying or even putting in a stove, microwave and/or a refrigerator. Any thoughts on supplying these things for break room in a commercial property to lease?

How long it takes to refinance a commercial property? Tips?

We are considering refinancing our commercial property that we originally paid cash for and pulling out our original investment. We have remodelled it and have tenants in it.

Thank you in advance!

Depends on whether it's a single family residential that needs a Fannie Mae 1004 appraisal with a comp rent schedule or a true commercial building that requires a full on narrative appraisal where the value is based on the income approach.

What kind of building is it?

2 Commercial Building....Thank you!

Are you talking about length of time in regards to seasoning or in regards to period prior to closing?

I was talking about the period to close.
