Thanks Jill. Actually I've been on BiggerPockets for several years now. I'm just updating my social media to reflect a lot of great things I have going for myself and my potential business partners. Real estate investing has been good to me and I have the luxury of having more potential investment properties than I have the funds to buy and flip. That's why I'm going to share the wealth with a select group of investors who choose to work with me. Do you know anyone looking to invest in the Southwest Florida area. Referrals would be appreciated.

Hi all,

I'm an investor, flipper in Southwest Florida. I have flipped several homes, including Chinese Drywall homes. In addition to having all the teams in place to do the work on my flips I have my real estate license and a team of agents working for me to find, flip, and sell homes.

Bill,
Be sure to roll your 401k funds directly into a self directed real estate IRA. Be sure to have a custodian, and be sure to keep all transactions at arms length. Several custodians offer training resources online. Take the time to learn the rules. Not knowing can be costly.

Done right, real estate purchased using IRA funds can yield great returns. In an up market, like we have now, borrowing non-recourse funds to purchase additional properties has great potential now and down the road when you want to cash out later.
