Matthew, Im dealing with very uneducated and hostile people.

My manager thinks he needs cops to be there to prevent any violence.

We have the means to remove the trailers but are worried about an "incident" if the tenants happen to be there when we are removing it.

So Im thinking the cops will just laugh at us and tell us to take it to civil court and that they cant do anything.

Really not sure how to handle this =(

Okay, so I have a mobile home park that I bought recently in Arizona.

3 of the homes are condemned by the city, and for good reason.

I am trying to get rid of them. For one of them it is an old war vet homeless man who has paid me twice in 6 months to keep him trailer on the premises.

My manager presented him the five day notice and now he is threatening to sue.

Please, how do I go about getting this condemned trailer off my property? Help!
