I recently bought my first investment property here in Atlanta and was wondering if any of you would recommend (or not recommend) specific property insurance companies.

Hey guys!

Over the past month or so I have been seriously looking into purchasing a small multi family duplex, triplex, or quad in the Atlanta area because they would offer the most cash flow as an investment property. However, I have had no luck finding any that are nearly or already rent ready.

I was wondering if any of you all have properties that have good, positive cash flow with single family homes?

I also was wondering if Condos in the Atlanta area can have good monthly cashflow?

Sorry if this is a little broad but any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hello all,

I am currently in the search for a multi family investment property in Atlanta, GA and have just gotten pre-approved by my own bank (Bank of America) and a few other big lenders. However, I have been considering obtaining an LLC for my protection, but I do realize that big banks will not loan out to me if I have an LLC.

I was wondering what your thoughts were on whether I should get an LLC and find a new lender or hold off on the LLC? What lenders are best for people with an LLC?

I also was wondering if anyone has any experience or knows the process of contractually agreeing with the bank to switch the ownership of the house from ones name to ones LLC?

Hello all,

I am new to the bigger pockets site as well as real estate investing as a whole. I am currently living in Atlanta, Georgia and hope to buy my first single family home this winter. 

Atlanta seems to be a great place to purchase my first home due its rapidly growing economy.

My plan was to buy a single family house for around 200k, and them renting it out. However, I was wondering what you all thought about buying two 100k single family homes instead of one 200k home.

This was just a late night thought and I am very curious of your thoughts!
