Post: Early Lease termination and Lease Renewal clauses for the Lease

Could somebody please share  the Early Lease termination and Lease Renewal clauses for the Lease Agreement. I know what has to be in those clauses but do not know how to put them in legal language.

For some reason, they are not in the lease sample provided by the bigger pockets.
