I listen to BiggerPocket podcast on iTunes. If you too listen to the same thing and do something during then, can you tell me what do you do? For instance, I take some notes, and review what the customer said on that day.

I watched several websites of home sales, such as "BankRepos," "HomePath," and "Loopnet," but I do not know which is the most reliable. If you have bought homes through those kinds of website, can you tell me how was them? Thank you.
