Hey Guys I am starting a Real Estate investment Business and when initially starting out, How much money did most bring to the table on your fist deal? Also what kind of avenues did you take when proposing a deal to an investor or a hard money lender when asking for that initial investment? I have read some examples but would like to hear some true life examples on how it happened for you guys? Thanks!!!
