@Jon - if I was to go into wholesaling, what type of marketing are you referring to? I'm aware of what an earnest money deposit is.

It seem that every time I reach out to someone for help, they always have their hand out looking for something in return. I know we are all out here to make money but come on there has to be someone out there that just wants to help a newbie out.
