Hello,

My Name is Mikey Bentivegna and im from York, PA. I am 19 years old and have been doing real estate for a little over a year. I currently am a sophomore at the University of South Florida. My freshman year of collage I played division 1 football in Pittsburgh at a school called Duquesne. While I was in Pittsburgh playing football, I got my real estate license and started selling houses. Did that for about 4-5 months and sold 3 houses before I went home for summer break and decided to transfer schools. I am currently am in the process of getting my Florida real estate license right now and plan on doing it full time down here. My overall goal is to sell houses to learn the market and eventually start investing. I currently do not have a broker to hold my license yet. I am extremely hard working and will do whatever it takes. If anyone has potential investment properties or wants to connect please reach out!

I am currently 19 years old and I have just finished my training and getting set up with my broker. I also just became a realtor. My problem is, I am having trouble generating legit leads. I am currently playing D1 football in collage at Duquesne University, and since im just starting out, I don't have the capital to buy Zillow leads. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, my name is Mikey and I'm from York, PA. Im 18 years old and have saved up enough for my first rental. My problem is I don't know where I should be looking to find deals. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I should be looking to find deals. I have reached out to a couple real estate bankruptcy attorneys to try to find a good deal but have not have any luck. I have just been investing in my intelligence and trying to find different ways to get good leads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
