We're getting back into to looking for deals as it feels as if the market is starting to soften in our area. I find there's so many different ways to go about finding deals but which one is the most effective in todays market place? We've tried direct mail, hired callers, using the MLS amongst others.

Looking for a recommendation for a good Inside Sales Agent company to call my data for leads. I'd like to do business with someone who qualifies talent and then holds them accountable as well as provide them the necessary tools CRM, dialer, etc. Thanks in advance for your help. I'm ok with using VA's outside the U.S. assuming they meet the other criteria.

That's a great idea @Filipe Pereira! What's the best way to present this to a seller as a potential benefit? Would the seller be charging any interest in this scenario?

Who's buying multi-family property with no money down or creative financing? What's the best way to structure the deal with seller financing? Are there any other ways outside of seller financing that I'm missing?
