Philip Katz thank you. The property was purchased for 280k. Two units, one vacant and one renting for 1100 a month. Both units 2 bed 1 bath. Currently updating the vacant unit and will rent for around 1400 a month. Once that unit is done I will turn the basement into a one bed room unit and rent around $1100. The current tenant that came with the property has lived in the house for 16 years so she is grandfathered in.
