Is this still available?

Any recommendations for a contractor in Cedar Rapide, IA? Looking for someone to do a light rehab on a couple of properties.

@Justin Owens. Good for u. I wish u the best. When do u expect to open? What have been ur biggest obstacles to overcome? How big of a facility? Any advice to offer? Or suggested resources?

@Ron Rohrssen basically converting a SFR or multi family property into a residential assisted living center. Hiring staff and becoming licensed. Tenant and Medicaid would pay rent.

Thinking about trying this. Any advice? Curious if anyone in Iowa is doing this aleeady

The seller wants $50k as a down payment? Do you know why? Maybe try a Master Lease Option? I think it would be easiest to access the equity in your house or just google loan brokers. You will find a long list of people willing to help for a small fee. Good luck
