I have a question when filling out a PFS.  I have acquired equity in multiple partnerships so how do I record that?  The pfs asks for the value and mortgage.  Do I just list the value and the mortgage or do I need to breakout my equity value?  How would I then account for the mortgage part as it would then be skewed?
