@Sean Morrison - very helpful. In that scenario, who counter-signs the leases with tenants, signs checks, etc.

Since it's a child LLC, with a single member, and that member is the WY LLC - it's just a bit unclear if you sign as the parent LLC, or a member of the parent LLC or what.

Example: You have a new tenant at 123 Main St., LLC. This is a single-member child of "WY Holding, LLC". You, Sean, are one of the members of WY Holding LLC.

They sign the lease. Now it's your turn to counter-sign. What goes on the dotted line?
