 Yea, there are just sooooo many resources and angles to build relationships so I've definitely been out here connecting with professionals. Yet, you're right, I should've logged on a long time ago! I actually went to school at Kent State from 2004 to 2008. Indy's market is HOT right now and I just want to make sure I capitalize on it as well as connect with others who are all about sharing information and everyone growing together!

I've heard so much about Bigger Pockets and finally took the dive to create a profile. I've been listening to the podcasts over the last few weeks and appreciate the information. I'm seeking to build relationships with people who have integrity, drive, and a passion for real estate. I'm a Realtor in Indy and will be opening my own brokerage within the next 30 days; I also fix and flip, as well as wholesale. I only wholesale properties that I DIRECTLY have under-contract vs. some who daisy chain properties.
