Does anyone have a good contractor for doing concrete/driveways that services the Atlanta area that they would recommend??

It's a decent sized job for a townhome community with over 30 driveway areas they would like to pave, each with varying sizes.

We have a beach front rental in Florida that is cash flow positive, but it's not a great ROI (about 3% cash on cash). The costs of upkeep for beachfront property are very high. The salty sea air just beats up everything - outdoor furniture, grills, exterior doors, and even the decking need frequent replacement. Windstorm/flood insurance costs are high. And since our rents are high because our property is beach front, clients expect a lot, and we often have unexpected costs to appease the guests.

We are making improvements that will increase cashflow, and are very optimistic long term about the appreciation and wealth building, but it's not a great cash flow play for us at the moment.  I have to say though, it's a great feeling sitting on your own beach front property looking out at the ocean and watching the sunrise/sunset.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a contractor to walk a property with me and to provide a quote to do a full rehab.  I am happy to pay for your time.  I have a property I'm taking a look at this week so the sooner the better, but I'm also interested in connecting with contractors even if they don't have availability this week.

We are purchasing our first investment property - a short term rental in Florida. We have an accountant but she does not have a lot of experience in real estate investments.  We are looking for an accountant or accountants who can provide aggressive but legal tax advice for real estate investors and thought that maybe the Bigger Pockets community would have some good recommendations.  We live in GA and are investing in FL, so ideally they would be able to handle advice in both states.
