I list a lot of land in Santa Fe, NM, some of it mountainous, and I would like to add something like a topographic map/contour map with parcel lines to the listings.  I can go in to our county and buy one for each individual lot from the GIS office but would prefer to find an online subscription service to save time.

So far I haven't found what I'm looking for googling around.  Any suggestions?

Your condo number seems a little low. There are 130 condos on the MLS right now, only 2 are less than 110K. Both are in the same complex.

Rents are high here, but prices are higher.  I am seeing things that hit 1% in ABQ and once in awhile something higher.

Rio Rancho is the fastest growing area in New Mexico, but there's a lot of raw land that hasn't appreciated much over decades.

Kind of concerned about the idea of land investing in general in a situation like this.

In a rental, you've equity pay down, appreciation, tax advantages, cashflow.

In a lot in the desert, you've got appreciation.  Maybe.  Or maybe not.  And appreciation has to be greater than property taxes and inflation to make anything.

On top of that, land has to be one of the least liquid investments you'll ever make. Here in Santa Fe houses are moving pretty fast, but half the land listings last year expired without selling, and I see lots on the MLS every day with 1000 days on the market.

Sandoval County has some areas of growth.  Would avoid Luna County.

Bringing in some nice cash flipping used clothes, collectibles, etc on Poshmark and Ebay-  Almost have my bills covered with this, but its a volume business and took about 18 months to build up the necessary inventory, and requires a bit of storage space.

I would also love to hear details of any meetup.  Theresa Shrader with Realty One is awesome, will go above and beyond expectations, and doesnt seem to mind writing multiple offers to get you the right deal.

Close to downtown in Tucson could mean terrifying or trendy hip, depends on the exact location.

Miracle Manor is sketchy.  I was willing to look anywhere north of 22nd, but the line where things are decent is jagged.  Can't see any reason for Country Club being an eastern limit unless your just aiming for college students, there are pockets of nice neighborhoods all the way to Rincons.
