Hi,

I have a 4 acre lot I am interested in purchasing that is zoned for commercial. My goal is to purchase the lot and build multi-unit commercial units. I have no experience in new construction, specially commercial. Does anyone have experience in this realm? Before I purchase the land, I would like to know my total investment including building, so are there any cost factors I should take into consideration? What steps would one follow to move ahead ?

Hi,

I am new to commercial real estate. I recently purchased a strip center in Maryland. I would like to change the name of the strip center, how would one tackle this? Can I just create a new sign? Or is there more involved to it? Any direction is greatly appreciated!

I am a newcoming Property manager. I currently manage 14 Residential Properties and 5 Commerical tenats. My goal is to create a efficient and stream line process of tracking.

I am looking for a management software that can handle both residential and commerical. I’d like a software that can integrate to listing sites, integrate dates and reminders to calandar, tracking maintance request and invoices. *Key feature of tracking paid/unpaid tenants. 

I have done my research between Propertyware and Buildium. I like Propertyware more but do not care for the price tag. Buildium might be the more cost efficient route but I’m not sure if it will handle the commerical properties well.

Any recommendations for those with a mix portfolio of residential and commerical ?
