With the mindset of demoing whatever is on the property, and building new home, what’s everyone opinion on bidding on property and getting it for much lower than the average property within 2 miles ?

@Jay M. To say the least it’s on a better side of town. New construction, with all amenities within spitting distance. I look at brockton like Dorchester, the city is getting stupid expensive people are diverting to these suburbs due to the trains direct acces into the city. It’s going to be a **** hole for a while but I think withink 10 years it’s going to change just like Dorchester did, but who knows. Properties and homes are still relatively expensive in comparison to better towns

@Curtis Lancaster II approval is in the process. I’ve just submitted my application. Looking to hear back end of this week. I have set myself up well from the beginning with money management, and have an investor as well.

How much more rent $ could get you on a new home, per day a run down one ? Something to defiantly look at.
