We ended up using Lodgify. Easily got a website up and integrated it with Air BnB and Google. Lots of services for not much money. We're fans so far.

We are ready to start short term rentals at our Palm Springs.
We will use Air BnB, but ultimate goal is to drive the Air BnB renters to a direct booking site so we have more control and pay fewer fees.

We think Lodgify looks like a good choice.
