My main interest is because in general the prices are lower there and therefore I can utilize my capital better. Also, my daughter is thinking about going to college in the area so I am trying to get my homework in. We are planning on utilizing the FHA low down for a family member while she is in school.

Thanks for all your help!

I am a new member of BP and listen to Real Estate and Money pod casts every week. Me and my wife are working on our plan to be financially independent and our goal is to replace our my W2 income in the next 10 years.

I professional engineer that has over 25 years of experience in land development.  Over the years I have worked on all sides of the business including civil engineer firm,  County musicality and with national home builders. I have extensive experience in the Southwest Florida and the Charlotte area. To help with building our invest fund I am looking to partner with others to help with their land development projects.  Things that I can help with at any distance is review zoning, development ordinances, etc.

We are closing on a piece of land in Western NC and will start construction on our first property that will be in the short term rental market.  After we build our invest fund back up we are looking to expand our portfolio in single family, small multifamily and short term rentals in the North Carolina Market.

Look forward to connecting!

Mike
