There is a course on Note Flipping and it sounds too good to be true.

I am a newbie and wondering if this is real or a scam. 

I dont know if I can post a link, so I am not posting it here.

Its by Jerry N.o.r.t.o.n and it talks about a Note Flipper software. Has anyone bought this course. Is it worth trying?

Anyone has experience in this?

I quickly watched their webinar, Just decided to check BP... I'm glad I checked and didn't buy it it seemed like a scam. 

How would I know after submitting the deal, they would circumvent me and do the deal? Is there a NDA agreement? Probably not or use some other company`s LLC to do the deal.
