Ashish - I would think that there would be a minimal benefit doing a cost segregation study on a relatively inexpensive SFR- under 250K?
I was told that bonus depreciation from another investment could indirectly help as well. True?
Do you have any suggestions to help mitigate a decent size capital gain (other than dumping proceeds back into a 1031 exchange)?  All very complicated Thx!

1. Can anyone recommend a solid syndication that accepts 1031 exchanges, preferably Multi Family?

2. If I have a property in a 1031 exchange and I am looking to sell it, I will be on the hook for capital gains and depreciation recapture.  Will performing a cost segregation study during the same year offset the above noted taxes?  If so, I am guessing the study would have to be performed before the sale?

THX!!

I recently signed up with them.  I am having major issues regarding their lack of communication. Additionally they are quite expensive relating to simple maintenance repairs. Is it usual for a $100- min travel fee?

Can someone provide me with the approximate charge that note servicers charge per mo? When one buys a note (not fund) from ppr is the purchase price guaranteed? Does ppr service notes?
