I didn't read everyone's replies, but that is awesome. Let's hope that complaints like this will be taken more seriously and automated systems will be replaced by humans systems as they should be.

I think that is incredible. Why should some pompous neighbors get to decide what someone can have in their backyard. I would understand if it was some dilapidated pieces of wood thrown in the tree, but that is some professional work.

Big victory for the kid in all of us.

I haven't had any form of television for well over a year now and I love it. We have a netflix subscription and just plug in our laptop to our TV and stream the rest. It's really nice.

As far as sports though, it can get a little complicated. There are a lot of sources for free streaming of sporting events. But they're often not legit sources. You might end up paying a small subscription to ESPN or another sporting venue. Or just head down to your local pub with some friends to watch the game.

Hope that is some encouragement to you.

You'll likely need to do your homework on this one. As said above if the bank is holding the deeds you'll need to find out which bank is holding the deed and proceed from there.

No matter what the propaganda points to the fact of the matter is that there are more and more empty buildings, houses up for sale, foreclosures are still happening and there are a lot of people out of work. I think it will still be quite some time before we see a large scale recovery and growth.

Howdy everyone!

Looking forward to jumping into the community here and learning from you all. Here's a little bit about myself:

I have been a real estate agent since 2006 and have helped many Twin Cities clients buy and sell
their properties with reduced real estate commissions. I host a site dedicated to informing home buyers of how to avoid paying hefty real estate commissions and other pitfalls associated with buying homes in MN. I am the author of several blogs and numerous other articles. After receiving a BA in English from Seattle University I went on to receive my MBA at University of Portland, a CFA (Certified Financial Analyst), and later my CFPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). My other interests include: Music, Business, Food, Consumer Advocacy, Investing, Football, Baseball.
