Hey Taylor, thanks for responding. Texas has been booming lots of appreciation. Not really sure if there’s still room for good cash flow. I typically invest out of NYC because of cost and tenant laws within the city. I’m willing to invest any where in America just as long as the numbers make sense.

I’m from NYC but currently own 2 properties in Plymouth PA as well. I purchased in October of 2019. I’m actually looking to purchase my 3rd property as soon as I see another deal worthwhile.
