I am new to BP and to Real Estate Investing. I live in Richmond Hill, GA, and have been stationed at Hunter Army Airfield for 2.5 years.

I'm currently looking to build a Real Estate team and plan to purchase my first single-family home in the next 5 months (then renovate & rent before 2018). I am open to having an investment partner, but am most interested in finding:

- Real Estate Agents

- Contractors (and sub-contractors)

- Accountant

- Lawyer

- Property Manager

I will be creating an LLC soon and have been looking in Savannah, GA, for a rental to refurbish and rent. Desired house:

- Single Family (would consider Duplex)

- Under $60k for purchase AND renovation

- 750-1400 SF
