I’m curious as to what tips, tricks and advice you have all used when going to a local bank and talking to them about gaining a relationship with them in regards to lending for investment properties. Did you take a copy of the BP calculator results with you? We’re you able to get a line of credit, or a personal loan. Was it secured or unsecured? Did you get gap financing as well? Thanks!
