how can I find a lender that does all interest low monthly payments for a Heloc on an investment property ?

Is it possible to refinance 4 properties at once , one is primary and 3 are rentals , I want to do this Feb 1st 2018... if I do all 30 year fixed my cash flow will go way up because most of the balances are very low except for my primary.. thx

okay, so four separate loans is the way to go.. should I do the same bank on all of them or different banks? I have lots of equity in each property , one is primary and 3 are investments .. but I really want to do them all at once ..
