I found a REO for very cheap before I put in an offer, should I get a LLC before I purchase the REO so that I can assign my contract over to an investor.

Hi Everyone!

I'm interested in starting out in wholesaling,  then move towards lease option properties, and begin  building a portfolio in rental properties, in order to build  a monthly cashflow.

I have ben looking at FSBO, REO, for months now.

What should my  first step be?

Thanks?
