Hey BP community....

I am looking for an architect recommendation who has experience in ADU's, in the Coeur d'Alene Idaho area. Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Anyone willing to share their real estate investment business plan? I am looking for an example of the actual language you include in your business plan. I am hung up on what specific day to day week to week month to month goals you set in the plan. What specific language do you use. What to include, what not to consider. How deep into the weeds do you get?

@Sean Taylor welcome to BP. Somewhat new here myself. We live in CA full time, but have a place in CDA. Will be transitioning to living in CDA full time in a few years. Once there, I will be diving head first into investing. Would love to keep in touch and talk REI when I get up there FT. Again, welcome. This place is a great learning tool.

Who here, specifically flippers and whole sellers, use social media (Facebook, Instagram Etc.) for marketing.  How do you utilize it, what platform do you use, and what key words do you use to market?  Who do you market to?  If you are trying to target people who need to get rid of their house, what do you do to connect with these people (through social media)?
