Post: "Webuyhouses"???

I am looking to start a web page with the normal "Webuyhouses" .com with adding my city name at the end, unfortunately most of these domains have already been taken. I have tried different variations of the term "webuyhouses", "webuyhomes", "cashforhouses" and so on. Is there any special wording that people have found to get more hits and attract more people to their website? Would using "homes" instead of "houses" work just as well? I am curious if anyone has found that certain words work better than others in marketing? I am wanting to pull the trigger on a domain, but I want to make sure it's the best one that I can get for the money I am spending.

Thanks,

Mike

@Patti Camarote

 I am just getting into RE and am wanting to wholesale in northern Nevada (Reno/Carson City are). I am also interested in fix and flips. I am also studying to get my RE license when I get back from my deployment in a couple months. I would love to hear any advise and chat about your experience in the south. I just found BP and have been listening to the podcasts and reading all the books I can to get started. If you have any advise for a true newbie in the Nevada market I would love to hear it.

Thanks,

Mike

Thank you all for the kind words and the advise. @kerrybaird Thank you so much. I would love to chat some more about getting started in investing, and how you got started while still serving.

Hi there,

I am here to learn plain and simple. I am in the U.S. Air Force currently deployed overseas, and I have been reading and listening everything I can get my hands on over here about investing in real estate. I am even reading the textbooks to take my exam for when I get back stateside. I have been in the military for 11 years now and want to apply what I have learned and what has been instilled in me from my military career to investing. I own my home, but I want a better home in a better neighborhood. I want to send my daughter to college, help out new home owners and help out my bank account. I am here to read and listen. I am here to network. I am here to learn. Anyone that can help me and point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate anything you have.
