@Nate Monson I haven't went to the bank completely yet I know I'm pre approved for that much for FHa but I'm trying not to so I can keep the tenants in it and not move in .

@Mark Navarrete i think for now im gonna buy and hold and eventually turn it into brrrr or at least build my equity up and build a little wealth over time.

ive been looking at a tri plex just got the #s and its cash flow positive of 15k but now im running into the problem of FHA B/C as of now i dont have the 20% to put down any info would be helpfull thank you mike

@Mark Navarrete i,m located between Newburgh and Middletown. But im looking to invest in Ellenville, Port Jervis ect lower taxes 

@Yitschok Perlman I'm in the 845 area and a newbie and looking to get started and newburgh is an up n coming area I think 1ce they clean it a little bit

I,m new but been reading a lot and think its time to jump in and seen a 3 family house for sale i my area im still debating on house hacking or just stay  where im at and rent it fully out any info would help, on the listing says its allready full rented any help in the NY area would be excellent
