I too have set up four or five entities through corporate direct. I feel the price was very reasonable and the process was not difficult. They do have customer service but if someone needs a lot of handholding and direction they may not be the best fit.

I have not worked with Lauren yet, but I have spoken to her and she was very helpful. I do expect to work with her on a future 1031.

@Jaron Walling That's what I have always understood as well. Doesn't this create a pretty big issue for the basis of the BRRRR method?

@Mike Franco moving back in is not a real option for most real estate investors. I would say the odds that a rental property is a fit for your family is very low. And a $1000 monthly rent can only be raised $50-$75 including the inflation factor ? Yes,I would say that is a very big deal. And in my estimation this is not even the worst part of it, the non-evection clause is a huge issue. Yes financially it will only cost you one month of rent to relocate them, but morally the fact that you have to pay someone to move out of your property is not right.

@Anthony Wick we use Buckskin with white trim
