Does anyone know of any turnkey companies are willing to fly potential investors to their cities/markets? I would think that they would. I haven't seen this topic on any of the posts regarding turnkeys...

Hi, everyone, I'm Mike from Levittown, NY, and discovered BP while doing homework on Roofstock. First off, I'd like to thank Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin for the boatload of information on any and all topics... I'm interested in passive income through a turnkey. I understand cash flow will be thin, but I do plan on holding on to the properties. If anyone has any suggestions regarding cities and neighborhoods, as well as reputable companies, I'd love to hear them.....Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone. I'm new to RE investing and was doing homework on Roofstock and JWB. Roofstock has an affiliation with a lender called TruLoan. (https://thetruloan.com) There doesn't seem to be much info about them on the web, or here. Is anyone familiar with them? Thanks in advance!
